Team ACA Injection System

The ACA chemical injection system eliminates the need for tank mixing, reduces the risk of nozzle blockages and ensures dilution and application rates are exact.

By injecting the chemical into the clean water supply at the desired percentage ensures constant accuracy and usage of the chemical. The injected rate of chemical can be manually adjusted between 1 and 10%, according to the desired forward speed of the planter. The ‘tried and tested’ Team ACA Chemical Injection system has been designed to maximise accurate chemical application in furrow whilst planting. By separating the chemical from the main tank of clean water, it avoids any problems with the chemical solution ‘settling out’ and causing nozzle and system blockages. The injection system and chemical tank can be flushed with clean water.
